Writing keeps me afloat. It's the oxygen for me when I'm deep under water. It's the reason I don't drown. I try to reach and change lives, bring awareness through my playing with words. I bring stories from our societies in a culture of silence where most of us can't scream. I'm unmuting my pain, crying in ink onto the paper.
